Full Job DescriptionWe are a well-established successful company looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for an exciting and varied role.

You’ll:
– Have accountability for all maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) in a fast paced and busy environment, at our clients sites and customer properties
– Complete all necessary documentation regarding jobs carried out (paper and electronic) reporting clearly and concisely
– Have a proactive approach to Health & Safety and follow all Company Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
-Be an active part of a cross functional Multi-skilled Maintenance Team
Skills and ExperienceAn experienced Multi-skilled General Maintenance Engineer (all industries considered) with skills in some of the following:
– Carpentry
– Plumbing
– Decorating
– Door fitting
– Laying floors
– Painting
– Tiling
– Lock repair/change
– And other general maintenance

Be a Team player

Have effective communication skills

Behave professionally

Able to source material for jobs by liaising with suppliers

Able to use iPhone/iPad and Android devices (Training will be provided for our software packages)

Be flexible in the work that you do and the areas you work

Willing to work overtime and be available for out of hours emergency work, as required

Provide cover for team members

Have a full Driving Licence

Happy to travel (The geographical area we cover is quite large)

CSCS card desired but not essential, as training is provided
